Our Ribs
Our ribs are unique and stands out from the traditional soft ribs, as we focus on the texture of the meat in a Dutch way.
These ribs saw the light of the restaurant world for the first time in Turku (at the end of the 90s) at the restaurant Ribs & Pinella. It was love at first bite, and our guests haven't had enough of them since.

However, one of the most famous and talked about ways of preparing ribs comes from the American south, where they are known for their soft texture.

But we, Ribs, go our own way. Our ribs don't compare to traditional Texas ribs. We believe in emphasizing the texture of the meat, as is often done in Holland. We only use high-quality meat and prepare the ribs first in a special oven and then on the grill, in order to bring out a wonderful chew and delicious taste.

The heart of our Ribs is our secret glaze known as "the Magic Sauce". This glaze is dark, almost black, and gives our ribs a strong and unforgettable taste. "Magic Sauce" is the result of years of experimentation and love, and it perfectly balances sweetness, saltiness and fiery notes.
